About this file

This document provides responses to pre-proposal inquiries for a Request for Proposal to renovate the Fort Duchesne PHS Indian Health Clinic. The RFP is seeking general construction services for renovations including new modular buildings to serve as temporary facilities during construction. Key details include a performance period of 365 calendar days from notice to proceed, an estimated construction magnitude over $10 million, and a total small business set-aside competition. The document addresses questions on specifications for items like BBQ equipment, picnic tables, shade structures, insulation, and security requirements. It also clarifies details for the temporary modular facilities like electrical service, permits, lighting, climate control needs, and layout of security and access control systems.
