About this file
This document is the Price Proposal (Attachment E) for the Toll Program Enrollment Marketing and Communications RFP S-73000-00007888 issued by the Agency. The RFP is seeking external support to successfully launch the Oregon Toll Program, which will include all tolling in Oregon, to the public. The work includes designing and implementing a public outreach, marketing, and engagement effort to educate the public on the coming tolls, help them enroll smoothly in the Program (and any available discount programs), as well as prepare for any changes to travel patterns tolling may bring.
The Price Proposal requires proposers to provide the maximum, fully burdened (inclusive of labor, overhead, profit, and expenses), hourly rates for the Firm Principal, Project Manager, and Account Coordinator classifications. The average total of the proposer's maximum hourly rates for these three job classifications will be scored per the RFP's price evaluation criteria. The Agency reserves the right to negotiate the final price and billing rates with the successful proposer.
