About this file
This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) for Toll Program Enrollment Marketing and Communications services. The purpose of the Addendum is to update the minimum qualifications for proposers, clarify the process for submitting questions and requests for clarification, and provide guidance on the proposal cover page. The RFP seeks external support to launch the Oregon Toll Program, including public outreach, marketing, and engagement efforts to educate the public on the coming tolls and help them enroll in the program. The RFP covers work in Marion County and the city of Salem.
The Addendum modifies the minimum qualifications, reducing the required experience for toll marketing projects from 7 to 5 years and clarifying that the same project may be used to meet both minimum qualifications. The Addendum also provides details on the process for submitting questions and requests for clarification, as well as guidelines for the proposal cover page. Proposers must submit their proposals by the specified bid opening date and time in OregonBuys.
