About this file

This document provides an amendment to a solicitation for a USAID bed net distribution project in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The amendment updates the solicitation closing date to March 3, 2020, the oral presentation period to March 16-27, 2020, and provides incumbent contractor information. Specifically, the incumbent UNICEF contract is valued at $49.6 million from 2014-2019 for bed net procurement, transportation, and operations. The incumbent GHSC-TA/FTO contract with Chemonics is valued at $6.26 million from 2017-2022 for in-country transportation and operations for mass campaigns in one province and school-based distribution in one province. The amendment also reserves sections I.7 and I.10 of the solicitation and replaces Attachment J.9 with a revised budget summary format breakdown by year.
