The document provides detailed specifications for a comprehensive demolition and clean-up project for a property owned by Sarah Diane Blackmon, with the parcel number 122N290000003010000. The scope of work includes complete removal of mobile homes, demolition of structures, disconnection of all utilities, removal of debris, damaged fences, and vegetation, and leveling the lot to a natural grade. The project is scheduled for completion by August 21, 2025, and requires a demolition permit from the County Building Department.
The document notes additional complexity with the site, indicating more debris and structures than initially apparent, and suggests potential involvement of the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to assess hazardous materials before demolition. The contractor must meet HUD specifications, adhere to all applicable laws and regulations, and possess necessary licensing from the State of Florida. Specific tasks include removing mobile homes, clearing all debris and litter, bulldozing damaged trees and stumps, and stabilizing the disturbed areas with bahia seed and hay. The work must be performed by a licensed Residential, Building, General, or Demolition contractor, ensuring all work and materials meet professional standards.
