About this file
The document is a Nuisance Abatement Write-Up from Santa Rosa County for a property located at 10696 Munson Hwy in Milton, Florida. The specifications outline a comprehensive demolition and clean-up project for a property owned by Deltria Shantell (c/o Annette Butler Bullock), with the parcel number 264N270000006030000. The work items include demolishing and removing the main structure, removing all debris and litter, eliminating damaged fences and gates, bulldozing damaged trees and stumps, and clearing the entire lot to a natural grade. The project is set for completion by August 19, 2025, and requires a demolition permit from the County Building Department.
The specifications mandate that all work must meet HUD standards and be performed by a licensed Residential, Building, General, or Demolition contractor from the State of Florida. The contractor is responsible for disconnecting all utilities, removing foundations to 12 inches below ground level, crushing and filling the septic tank, and obtaining verification of septic tank abandonment from Environmental Health. Additional requirements include removing any outbuildings, mowing the lot, cutting weeds, and stabilizing disturbed areas with bahia seed and hay. The property photographs reveal a severely overgrown site with multiple dilapidated structures nearly consumed by vegetation, indicating a significant nuisance that necessitates comprehensive remediation.
