About this file

This document is a Nuisance Abatement Write-Up from Santa Rosa County for a property located at 5373 Harmony Lane in Gulf Breeze, Florida. The specifications outline a comprehensive clean-up and property maintenance project for the property owned by Jeffrey Lee Jr. & Sabrina Nan Miller. The project involves removing debris and litter, mowing the entire lot, cutting down weeds, leaving the lot level and raked clean, and preparing the site for potential future use. Specifically, the document indicates this is a "clean up the property only" case, with the main structure and structurally sound outbuildings to remain intact.

The project requires a contractor to complete the work according to HUD specifications and standards, with all work needing to meet good quality standards and adhere to applicable laws and regulations. The contractor must be a Residential, Building, General, or Demolition contractor with appropriate licensing from the State of Florida and/or local jurisdictions. Key tasks include disconnecting utilities, removing debris, leveling the ground, and stabilizing disturbed areas with bahia seed and hay. The project is dated for August 21, 2025, with specific instructions for thorough site preparation and cleanup.
