About this file

This document is a Nuisance Abatement Write-Up from Santa Rosa County, Florida, specifically for a property located at 3035 River Rd, Navarre, FL 32566, owned by Richard D & Emma R Davis. The document outlines general specifications and specific work items for a cleanup operation, which is noted as a "hoarder case" referred by the sheriff's office. The abatement involves removing debris and litter, leaving the lot level and raked clean, with the mobile home, structurally sound outbuildings, and potentially one RV permitted to remain on site.

The detailed specifications require the contractor to follow strict demolition and clean-up guidelines, including disconnecting all utilities, removing debris without burning or burying on-site, and ensuring all work meets HUD specifications and standards. The contractor must be a licensed Residential, Building, General, or Demolition contractor with appropriate state and local licensing. The specific work items include removing all debris and litter, mowing the entire lot, cutting down weeds, and preparing the site for potential future use. The sheriff's office may be present during the cleanup process, indicating the sensitive nature of the property's condition.
