About this file

This is an Offeror Cost Response and Proposal Worksheet for RFP DL27-100: Sports Video Technology, issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing and General Services in collaboration with Alpine School District through the RFxPremier cooperative procurement platform. The RFP seeks sports video technology solutions for two distinct locations with different specifications and requirements. Location 1 (Section 4a) requires a solution for a single-court indoor gymnasium measuring 84' x 50' with 30' ceiling height, supporting basketball, volleyball, and wrestling programs with 4 teams and 8 coaches requiring concurrent access, online posting and sharing, and live streaming to at least 50 simultaneous viewers. Location 2 (Section 4b) requires a solution for an outdoor athletic field with a standard 100-yard football/soccer field and track, supporting football, soccer, and track and field programs with 5 teams and 10 coaches with identical access and streaming requirements. Both solutions must include a 3-year data retention period and may utilize either purchasing-entity-provided cameras (1080p, 30FPS) or offeror-proposed hardware. The contract term is 5 years, and offerors must submit complete responses by completing all yellow-highlighted cells in the worksheet.

Offerors must provide total all-in, not-to-exceed pricing for Year 1 of each location's solution in Sections 4a and 4b, which are scored components of the evaluation. A separate cost breakdown detailing how each Section 4a and 4b price was calculated must be submitted in a separate file; failure to provide complete cost breakdowns may result in non-responsive proposals. Section 4c requests disclosure of any multi-year commitment discounts with specified term lengths and discount percentages, while Section 4d requires submission of a complete, itemized product catalog with all offerings and not-to-exceed pricing that offerors intend to provide under the resulting master agreement. The evaluation methodology establishes a technical criteria threshold of 455 points, with 300 cost points available, and a multiple award threshold of 650 points. Vendors must guarantee pricing for 12 months, and an RFxPremier administrative fee of 1.00 percent applies. Only products and services included in the submitted catalog will be covered under a resulting master agreement.
