About this file
This is a Data Protection Provisions document for a Sports Video Technology procurement issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing in collaboration with Alpine School District through the RFxPremier Cooperative. The RFP seeks to establish contract(s) for Sports Video Technology services with a contract term of five years. The procurement employs a two-tiered evaluation methodology, requiring vendors to achieve a Technical Criteria Threshold of 455 points to be considered for award. Multiple awards are anticipated for vendors scoring 650 points or higher, with up to 300 cost points available in the evaluation. Vendors must guarantee their pricing for a minimum of 12 months from the proposal submission date.
The data protection provisions outlined in this document establish the framework for how vendor and state data will be handled, protected, and managed throughout the contract period. The RFxPremier Administrative Fee of 1.00% applies to all transactions conducted through the cooperative purchasing agreement. As a document focused on data protection requirements rather than pricing or financial terms, this file emphasizes compliance obligations, data security standards, and confidentiality expectations that vendors must meet to participate in this procurement and maintain contract compliance throughout the five-year term.
