About this file
This is an Addendum document containing questions and answers regarding Financial Auditing Services for Salt Lake City Corporation's Department of Airports. The addendum addresses clarifications and inquiries submitted by bidders in response to the Request for Proposals for forensic and compliance audit services related to the Airport Redevelopment Plan terminal construction program at Salt Lake City International Airport. The document provides responses to multiple questions from prospective audit firms regarding scope requirements, audit procedures, documentation standards, and compliance audit expectations. Key topics addressed include the audit timeline, deliverables, reporting requirements, access to project records, and the nature of compliance issues to be examined during the forensic audit phase.
The addendum clarifies contractual requirements and audit parameters without establishing new pricing terms or financial conditions beyond what was presented in the original RFP. The responses provided in this addendum serve to eliminate ambiguities in the audit scope and ensure that all bidding firms have consistent understanding of project expectations, audit standards to be applied, and documentation requirements necessary for proposal submission. This addendum is the fourth issued in the procurement process and represents the final clarification document, indicating that the City considers previously raised questions adequately addressed and the procurement package complete for final proposal submission.
