About this file
This document is an amendment (Amendment A004) to a solicitation for a roadway construction project, CA ERFO DEVA 2022-1(2) Salt Creek Interpretive Trail, issued by the Federal Highway Administration. The project will replace and reconstruct a 2,871-foot-long, ADA-accessible raised timber boardwalk trail that was destroyed by flash flooding, as well as reconstruct the trailhead parking lot and a 400-foot section of roadway. The work must be completed between November 2024 and June 2025. The estimated price range for the project is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000, and it is set aside for small businesses. This amendment revises pages in the solicitation related to the contract completion date, prohibited contractors, and work restrictions during federal holidays.
