About this file

This is a Schedule of Values spreadsheet for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to remove exterior siding and refurbish the interior of the London, Ohio ARSR (QWO) facility operated by the Federal Aviation Administration. The document provides a detailed cost breakdown template organized into two main phases: Design and Construction, with line items for labor, materials, equipment, and associated costs.

The Design phase includes labor categories such as contractor personnel, superintendent, project manager, office and field personnel across various trades (structural, civil, mechanical, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, inspectors), plus overhead at 10%, expenses, and G&A costs. The Construction phase encompasses project management and quality assurance, general labor, equipment removal and reinstallation, ARSR main building renovation (including demolition of fixtures, walls, and existing vinyl siding; installation of new plumbing, bathrooms, doors, windows, and office space), demolition and replacement of an existing storage building (including asbestos abatement, electrical decommissioning, foundation work, and CMU repair), installation of a new automatic gate opener with electrical and security systems, construction of a new storage building with concrete foundation and electrical service, heavy machinery rental, grounding systems, fire stopping, and site rehabilitation. The spreadsheet includes rows for material costs (with 8.25% tax), labor costs, equipment costs, construction field overhead, profit and bonds, contingency, and a final project funding total. The solicitation (6973GH-26-R-00078) has a proposal due date of August 18, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CT, with a mandatory site visit scheduled for August 5, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. local time, and all questions must be submitted by August 10, 2026.
