About this file
This document is a Draft Screening Information Request (SIR) for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Invoice Validation and Expense Reconciliation Services (INVERSE) program. The INVERSE program is seeking feedback on the draft requirements and acquisition approach prior to issuing a final SIR.
The INVERSE program has a base period of 9 years with five 1-year option periods. Key deliverables and milestones include INVERSE system and portal requirements and solution reviews, and the INVERSE system and user portal being ready for operational use within 90-120 days after contract award. The FAA is seeking feedback on the draft requirements, including any unclear or missing requirements, as well as recommendations for alternative cost recovery models. The FAA is also requesting general information about interested vendors, such as company size, small business designations, and interest in participating as a prime contractor or subcontractor. Responses to the draft SIR are due by July 23, 2024 and will be used for informational purposes only.
