About this file

This document is a Draft Screening Information Request (SIR) for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Invoice Validation and Expense Reconciliation Services (INVERSE) requirement. The FAA is seeking feedback on the draft SIR from interested parties, including their company information, business size, interest as an offeror or subcontractor, and any recommended acquisition strategies or alternative cost recovery models.

The draft SIR outlines a cost recovery model with a mix of fixed price monthly recurring and per service contract line items. It also includes detailed security control requirements for the INVERSE system. The FAA is requesting feedback on any unclear requirements, recommended functional requirements, and potential cost drivers. Responses to the draft SIR are due by July 23, 2024 and will be used for information purposes only. The FAA is not accepting proposals at this time, and respondents will not be excluded from any future solicitation.
