About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for the FAA's Draft Screening Information Request (SIR) for Invoice Validation and Expense Reconciliation Services (INVERSE). The PPQ is to be completed by references for offerors responding to the INVERSE SIR. It requests the reference to provide an assessment of the offeror's past performance on elements such as quality of service, timeliness, cost control, program management, and customer relationship. The PPQ also asks if the reference would be willing to work with the contractor again. The document provides instructions for completing and submitting the PPQ, and identifies the INVERSE Draft SIR details such as the solicitation number, contract title, and description. The INVERSE opportunity is a cost recovery model mix of fixed price monthly recurring and per service Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). The FAA is seeking feedback on the Draft SIR requirements and acquisition approach through a separate set of questions.
