About this file

This document contains answers to technical questions regarding solicitation number 69056719B000003 from the Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration for construction of WA Jeff 91420(1), Upper Hoh River Road Phase 2. Deflector logs and rootwads can be measured using standard DBH measurement. All schedules must be completed by September 8, 2023. Government-provided material that does not meet size specifications may still be used if it meets the requirements outlined in the revised subsection. Falcon Cultural Resources must be used for required archeological work at Willoughby Creek and Tower Creek, including developing monitoring reports, and their services may be required at other locations. The bid opening date will remain as scheduled and will include pricing for four separate schedules of work amid COVID-19 restrictions and holiday pricing considerations.
