About this file
This is a Buy American Certificate form (FAR 52.225-2, October 2022) that requires offerors to certify the domestic content status of end products being supplied under a federal contract.
The certificate mandates that offerors certify each end product as either domestic or foreign, with specific documentation requirements. Offerors must list all foreign end products manufactured in the United States that do not qualify as domestic end products, and for non-iron/steel foreign products, indicate whether they exceed 55 percent domestic content (excluding COTS items). Offerors must separately identify line item numbers of domestic end products containing critical components. The form includes two primary listing sections: one for foreign end products showing line item numbers, country of origin, and domestic content percentage, and another for domestic end products containing critical components. The government will evaluate offers according to FAR Part 25 policies and procedures. This certificate applies to the solicitation 36C25926Q0607 for a PureSteel Healthcare Reprocessing Sink (or equal product) for the Eastern Colorado Healthcare System, a firm-fixed price RFQ with quotes due August 14, 2026 at 14:00 MT to eric.adusei@va.gov. The procurement is 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB) and is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration.
