About this file

This is a cost sheet attachment for Salt Lake City Corporation's Request for Proposals SLCI27030 for a Virtual Reality Law Enforcement Training System. The cost sheet serves as the pricing submission document for qualified offerors responding to the solicitation. The document is designed to capture all costs associated with delivering a comprehensive VR law enforcement training system, including hardware, software, implementation services, training, and support. Offerors are required to complete the cost sheet in its entirety, providing detailed pricing for each component or service category outlined in the solicitation requirements. The cost sheet establishes the basis for evaluating proposals on a competitive basis and ensures consistent pricing information across all submissions for comparison purposes.

The cost sheet format requires offerors to itemize their pricing according to specific categories established by Salt Lake City Corporation, enabling transparent cost analysis and budget allocation review. All pricing must be provided in the format specified within the attachment to facilitate standardized evaluation. The completed cost sheet becomes a binding component of any awarded contract and establishes the financial terms under which the VR training system will be procured and implemented by the city.

Costing Considerations & Instructions
1. All cells in a yellow highlight allow for a Offeror input.
2. Cost will be evaluated based on the lowest Total Proposed Costs (cell H43 and Highlighted in GREEN) for the purchase and enhancements required to meet the specifications of this RFP. Total Proposed Cost is a combination of cell H29 & D40 (both highlighted in Blue).
3. Technical Requirements and Cost Proposals must be reflective of one another. All costs necessary to implement and maintain the proposed system over the initial contract's five (5) year life cycle must be included on this Cost Schedule form.
4. If zero is entered for any cell or if any cell is left blank, the City will assume that the related services are either provided at no cost or built into another cost item. If a cost category is not applicable, enter N/A.
5. Where Offeror's proposed solution incorporates pricing or licenses for different modules, the pricing for the separate modules shall be listed on separate lines below. As needed, Offeror may add additional "Other Costs" lines.
6. Any cost not provided on this Cost Schedule, will not be allowed into the resulting contract. If you identify a cost that cannot be properly captured in this Cost Schedule, then provide suggestions for modifying this Cost Schedule to the Q&A board for this solicitation.
