About this file

This is a GRAMA Business Confidentiality Claim Form prepared for use by contractors and private providers submitting proposals to Salt Lake City Corporation for the SLC26039 Dockless Shared Mobility Device Services contract opportunity. The form enables contractors to identify and protect trade secrets and commercial financial information from public disclosure in accordance with Utah Code provisions 63G-2-305 and 63G-2-309. Contractors submitting proposals must complete the form with their company information, specify which pages and paragraphs of their submission contain confidential material, and provide a concise statement of reasons supporting each confidentiality claim. The form requires contractors to indicate whether a public redacted copy of the records is also being provided and must be signed and dated by the company representative before submission with the proposal materials.

The confidentiality claim does not guarantee protected classification status if the governmental entity receives a records request, and submitting contractors should be aware that making a claim requires detailed documentation of competitive injury or trade secret status for each protected element. This form is a procedural requirement for contractors seeking to shield sensitive business information while participating in the Salt Lake City dockless shared mobility device services solicitation process.
