About this file
This solicitation seeks statements of qualifications from architecture, engineering, and interior design firms for indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contracts to provide design services to the General Services Administration Public Buildings Service Region 5. Firms may apply to Pool A for national AEI services or Pool B, which is partially set aside for small businesses, for interior architecture services in Regions 1 and 10. The contracts have a minimum $5,000 guarantee for the initial year and a maximum order limitation of $125 million for Pool A and $25 million for Pool B over five years.
The solicitation describes a two-stage evaluation process to select up to twelve contracts for Pool A and four for Pool B. Stage I involves evaluating technical qualifications submitted according to criteria for specialized experience, professional qualifications, past performance, management and quality control plans, and office location. Stage II will interview shortlisted firms and request pricing information for overhead, profit, and labor rates to negotiate fixed-price task orders. Responses are due October 4, 2021 and must include a completed SF330 and qualifications addressing the evaluation factors for the desired pool.
