About this file
This document is a specification section for Project Management and Coordination (Section 01 31 00.01) that outlines digital project management procedures for a construction project. The specification requires a web-based project management software package with comprehensive features, including compilation of project data, access control, document workflow planning, and tracking of various project communications such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes. The software must support mobile devices, provide user licenses for the Owner, Architect, and consultants, and include eight hours of software training. At project completion, a digital archive must be provided in a readable format with locked data to prevent further changes. Recommended software platforms include Procore, Oracle Primavera Submittal Exchange, or equivalent web-based project management systems.
