1 In section S811 in attachment 4 of the drawings, it mentions the 5th floor framing/structural details. Can we anchor patient lifts to the 5th floor metal pan?

2 Also what is the deck height?

3 This is an expansion to an existing building correct?

4 How many levels are being added? Just floor 4 and 5?

1. Lifts will need to attach to steel beams not the decking.

2. For deck height information of new construction refer to

Plan notes 1, 2, 3 & 4 on sheet S104IS & S105.

3. Yes

4. 4th floor and 4th floor Interstitial Space. 5th floor is an existing Mechanical Penthouse that is being partially renovated to accommodate a new Air Handling Unit.

1. Can you please provide clarification relating to patient lifts and drawings? The Architectural RCP Drawings show the lift system going into the Procedure Room Toilet Room. The Equipment Drawings and Schedule do not show the lift system (Equip# U1200) going into the Toilet Room.

2. Should patient lifts be going into the Toilet Room?

1. The patient lift in the Procedure Room has a track that extends into the Patient Toilet Room. The Architectural RCP shows the correct track layout.

2. The Procedure Room is the only location where the patient lift track extends into the Toilet Room. In the Treatment Room the Patient Lift does NOT extend into the Toilet Room.

3. 7/18/2023

1. Need of a detail for some existing roof anchors at Lake Nona. It says on 10/A531 "Detail - Typ. Roof Tie Off" to match the existing height. Can you tell me the riser height on the current anchors?
