| 01 | Who is the manufacturer currently for the existing data cabling? | There are mixmatched manufacturers but we are going to cat 6 a for all data cables. We are not specific as to what the manufacturers are. |
| 02 | What is the existing Access Control System? | We are going to pacs for all access controls, the current mag readers are not going to be acceptable per the guidance in the psrdm. |
| 03 | What is the existing Video Surveillance System? | We do not currently have a surveillance system for the cottages. |
| 04 | Regarding the ceiling hoists: There is a request for 825 lb motors but according to the drawings there's a live point load of maximum 800 lb along truss at the lift track locations, this means that we cannot put an 825 lb motor nor a 550 lb motor onto this structure as we weight test at 1.5 times the weight capacity. We are missing schematics for the truss for the building itself, not the pavilion. please advise regarding this. How do you want us to proceed? | Specs indicate 880 lb lifting capacity. Truss will require modification to support 1.5 x 880 lb. |

| 06 | The spec in the TIL state the nurse call code blue shall be brand new and stand-alone nurse call. We also know that Rauland, Jeron and Westcom are also deployed in various buildings. Because of the TIL spec calling for stand-alone, the brand name listed on 27 52 23 - 19 on page 479 of attachment 10 is not relevant nor legal per the V.A.A.R. and F.A.R. As such, will the Government consider other nurse call brands? | Yes. |

Since this is a new construction project, there are not existing patient rooms. |

68 Can you please confirm the WT8’s on page SS14 and SS15 can support the Patient Lifts and that welding to the WT8’s can occur for attachments of the patient lifts? The WTs shown on SS14 and SS15 are part of the custom steel trusses over the kitchen area.
They do not occur at the resident rooms, so the patient lift load is not applicable. The trusses over the resident rooms are CFMF trusses to be designed by the CFMF truss manufacturer.
