About this file
This file is a Buy American Certificate form (FAR 52.225-2) that serves as a compliance document for federal procurements. The certificate requires offerors to certify that each end product is a domestic end product, except those explicitly listed as foreign end products. Offerors must separately identify any foreign end products manufactured in the United States that do not qualify as domestic, and indicate whether those products exceed 55 percent domestic content (excluding COTS items). Additionally, offerors must list line item numbers for any domestic end products containing critical components. The Government will evaluate offers in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 25 policies and procedures governing domestic content and Buy American compliance.
This is a template document with no specific products, services, or line items detailed within it. The actual applicability and completion of this certificate depend on the specific solicitation to which it is attached. In the related RFQ 36C25926Q0225 for new mattresses at the Eastern Colorado Healthcare System, this certificate would be required as part of the offer submission, with offerors obligated to complete all sections accurately and submit their quotes by February 27, 2026 at 4:00 PM MST to the designated email address.
