The SF1442, Block 10 states the NAICS code for project is 236220. The Contractor Trade Memo attachment document issued with the other solicitation documents shows the NAICS code as 238210. Please clarify which NAICS code applies, as this will make a difference as to whether we can submit or not.

VA Response: 236220 is the correct NAICS

Reference the Statement of Work, Part I Scope of Work, second paragraph of sub-part A where it states that “The design phases will include 65%, 95% and review stages.”. It appears that something is missing in this sentence. Should 100% be added to this statement?
Jarrett Construction
5Dec22
VA Response: It should read “will include 65% and 95% review stages”. The comments and direction from the 95% will be incorporated into the 100%. Corrections can be redlined as needed. The 100% does not need a formal review stage but will be reviewed.
3.
Reference RFP Attachment Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Information, Part III Evaluation Factors for Award, Phase One – Factor 2 Technical Qualifications, subpart 1 under Definitions. Under “Size” it refers to the installation of large high-tech medical equipment and under “Scope” it refers to repair or replace parking garage facilities. These don’t seem to fit the scope of this project. Please clarify these items.
Jarrett Construction
5Dec22
VA Response: Updated Instructions are attached.
4.
Reference RFP Attachment Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Information and Spec 00 11 21. Spec 00 11 21 also contains Technical information under parts B5 and C3 that appears that is being requested to be submitted as part of the proposal. Are we to comply with and follow the requirements of the RFP Attachment Instructions to Offerors and Evaluation Information, or the requirements of Spec 00 11 21?
Jarrett Construction
5Dec22
