The progress report template requires the contractor to provide a contract and QASP summary, cost and expenditure details, schedule status, actual and planned activities for the reporting period, risks and issues, and corrective actions. It will be used by the contractor selected for the Region 5 Alaska CCN contract to report performance against the quality assurance surveillance plan and schedule. The pre-solicitation notice indicates that the VA intends to issue a request for proposal on May 11, 2020 for a single-award fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract to establish a provider network to deliver medical, surgical, pharmacy and dental services to eligible veterans in Alaska. The base period of performance is 9 months with seven 1-year option periods. Offers are due on June 1, 2020.
