The QA/QC Plan describes in detail the procedures the team will follow to establish and maintain an effective quality control process.

Leo A Daly (LAD) brings to the project a highly recognized team in architecture, planning, engineering and interior design, with a reputation of leadership in healthcare design. It is our top priority, to produce high quality technical documents. Our formal QA/QC process includes continuous review of ongoing work, as well as independent peer review at project milestones. It is our intent, to ensure that all projects meet quality standards, while maintaining value goals established by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

2. Project Scope
