| PWS 5.2 Software Requirements includes the following: “The Contractor shall provide one consistent VistA-integrated encoder and clinical documentation improvement encoder solution for all VHA facilities to support health record coding, and clinical documentation improvement initiatives.” Does the VA intend to require a separate stand-alone clinical documentation improvement (CDI) solution for tracking and reporting on CDI reviews? If so, please clarify if it should be inpatient, outpatient or both. |

| B.4 Price Schedule |
| Price Schedule: For CLINs 0004-4004, would it be acceptable to change the quantity to 150 and the units to EA (each)? The government would like to exercise that item up to 150 times according to the PWS. |
| CLINs 0004, 1004, 2004, and 3004 are only for one LOT of training and not intended to be exercised multiple times. The Optional task at CLIN 4005 is the only training that can be exercised up to 150 times. |
