About this file
This is an Exhibit B Price Summary Sheet for IFB 250199 issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (Authority) in California for the procurement of threaded products and fasteners. Bids must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov system with unit prices entered for each line item, with all required fields completed to avoid non-responsive determinations. The contract carries a three-year term with an estimated budget of $150,000, and the Authority will purchase supplies on an as-needed basis rather than guaranteed minimum or maximum quantities.
Pricing must remain firm throughout the contract term with no price increases permitted during the Blanket Purchase Order period, though all price decreases will automatically be extended to the Authority. Contractors must provide itemized invoices with all material costs and supporting documentation for items exceeding $500, including substantiation of actual replacement part costs. For miscellaneous items not specifically listed, bidders must obtain written Authority approval prior to purchase, with pricing based on current published pricing less the bidder's stated discount. Contractors guarantee that quoted prices are equal to or less than those offered to other local, state, or federal government entities for equal or lesser scope services. The Authority requires a minimum of ninety days' advance written notice and bona fide proof of cost increases before considering any price adjustments, with no retroactive adjustments permitted, and maintains the right to enforce, adjust, negotiate, or cancel escalating price contracts as deemed appropriate.
