About this file

This is a Green Procurement Statement for Tinker Air Force Base documenting environmental procurement considerations for Project WWYK250003, titled "RELOCATE FIRE ALARM CIRCUIT, B3001, O106-O65." The statement, signed by Project Manager Bash Jimoh on 10 February 2026, certifies that none of the products specified for this procurement appear on mandatory environmental purchasing lists, including those maintained by the U.S. EPA Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines, USDA Bio-based product listings, Energy Star, or FEMP Low Standby Power product listings. Consequently, the Tinker AFB Recovered Material Determination Form is not required to accompany this procurement package.

The project manager affirms that efforts have been undertaken to reduce environmental impacts by considering environmentally preferable products and services to the extent feasible while maintaining cost, performance, availability, and safety standards. The evaluation criteria for environmentally preferable attributes include reduced packaging, durability and reparability, reduced toxicity, conservation of natural resources, water conservation, low Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) content, asbestos alternatives, recyclability, and alternative fuel considerations. The statement demonstrates compliance with federal green procurement requirements and the organization's commitment to sustainable procurement practices.
