About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Draft Technical Exhibit D for a Mission Support Services contract at White Sands Missile Range. The CDRL details 20 individual data items (A001-A021) that the contractor must submit throughout the contract, including Quality Control Plan, Quality Control Reporting, Key Personnel Identification, Training/Qualification/Certification, Emergency Plans/Operations, Cost File Report Submission, Government Furnished Property Inventory, Mishap/Incident Notification, and other administrative and operational reports.
Each data item specifies submission requirements such as frequency (annual, monthly, as required), format (PDF, editable excel), encryption standards (128-bit), and distribution (to Contracting Officer Representative and Contracting Officer). Submission timelines range from 5-90 days after contract award, with most reports requiring electronic submission via email with specific encryption protocols. The documents are part of a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for engineering services under NAICS code 541330, with the final government requirements to be determined upon release of the final RFP.
