This is Addendum 1 to Request for Quotation No. 2026-26 issued by the Town of Farragut, Tennessee for the McFee Park Restroom Build project. The addendum clarifies that no formal pre-bid meeting will be held; however, bidders are strongly encouraged to conduct independent site visits to familiarize themselves with existing conditions before submitting proposals. Civil drawings and project plans are available for download from four platforms: the Town of Farragut website at no cost with free registration, Vendorlink, Beacon, and EUNA/Demand Star, each requiring vendor registration and payment for access. The deadline for bidder questions is April 14, 2026, with sealed bids due April 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM at Town Hall, and the Intent to Award scheduled for April 22, 2026. Substantial Completion is required within six months from the Notice to Proceed, with Final Completion and all punch list items due within two weeks thereafter. The site is fully developed with all site work being performed as part of the concurrent Dog Park project, with utility connections shown in the civil plans adjacent to existing utilities.

Proposers must acknowledge receipt of all issued addenda on a required form; failure to do so will result in bid rejection. All communications regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing via email to Anissa Pratte, Staff Accountant at apratte@townoffarragut.org, who is designated as the sole point of contact; any contact with other Town personnel is prohibited and may result in disqualification. Verbal representations or oral communications are unofficial and non-binding, and only written statements issued by the Finance Department representative are binding. Bidders must submit a 5% bid guaranty with their proposals, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% performance and payment bond within ten days of award. The contractor is responsible for coordinating and paying for all utility service connections, with costs to be included in the bid price at no markup. The project is funded in part by a Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation Local Parks & Recreation Fund grant and Treasury ARP SLFRF financial assistance.
