About this file
This document is a federal solicitation from the U.S. Department of State's Office of Overseas Building Operations (OBO) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide systems furniture in diplomatic facilities worldwide. The BPA has a maximum ceiling of $100 million over a one-year base period with four one-year option periods.
The solicitation outlines requirements for high-quality, low-maintenance systems furniture that can adapt as facilities evolve, including both panel-based and freestanding furniture systems. Key requirements include panel and worksurface specifications, storage options, ergonomic capabilities, electrical and telecommunications infrastructure, and sustainability standards. The solicitation also details submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and contracting terms. Offerors must provide past performance information, designate local furniture dealers, and may be required to provide product mockups for evaluation.
