About this file
This document is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide systems furniture for the Department of State's overseas diplomatic facilities. The Department of State requires high-quality, low-maintenance systems furniture that can adapt as facilities evolve, including both panel-based and freestanding furniture systems. The furniture must have modern appearance with various finish options, integrated electrical and telecommunications, and ergonomic features.
The BPA term is one year with four one-year options, with a maximum ceiling of $100 million. The RFQ provides detailed technical requirements for workstations, private offices, and freestanding furniture. Offer submissions are due by August 19, 2024. The government will evaluate offers as lowest price technically acceptable, assessing factors such as past performance, dealer qualifications, and a required product mockup. The RFQ includes instructions for submitting offers and a line item pricing schedule.
