FULLY BURDENDED LABOR RATES
TO BE INCLUDED AS PART OF VOLUME II – BUSINESS PROPSAL
The following labor categories and fully burdened labor rates shall be used for all task orders issued under this IDIQ contract.
5.1 - Off-Site Rates – Contractor Facility Fully Burdened Labor Rates*

*Fully burdened labor rates include all Overhead, G&A, Fringe and Profit for both onsite and offsite locations. Note: The labor categories proposed under this attachment shall mirror the labor categories proposed under Attachment J4. No deviation is allowed. If more convenient, the offeror can create his or her own spreadsheet with the same columns. If creating your own spreadsheet, you are not allowed to substitute or add additional columns. There is no page limit for this attachment.
*Offerors are to develop two different tables. One table shall be for the fixed price fully burden offsite and onsite rates and one table shall be for the time and materials fully burden offsite and onsite rates. However, if the rates for both fixed price and time and materials are the same then the offeror may choose to develop one table. If the offeror chooses to develop one table, you must clearly indicate on the table that the table represents both your fixed price fully burden labor rates and your time and materials fully burden labor rates.
