About this file

This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division. The document establishes prevailing wage rates for federal service contracts in Florida counties including Hernando, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas. Wage Determination No. 2015-4571 (Revision 28, effective 12/03/2025) applies to service contracts awarded on or after the effective date.

The wage determination lists approximately 200 occupation classifications across multiple service categories including administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, health occupations, information technology, instructional occupations, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, and transportation. Each occupation includes a specific hourly wage rate ranging from $12.80 (Nursing Assistant I) to $49.10 (multiple pilot positions). All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly), or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly. Additionally, an alternative fringe benefit rate of $5.09 per hour applies to SCA-covered contracts also covered by Executive Order 13706. Contractors must provide two weeks paid vacation after one year of service and three weeks after five years, plus a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Special provisions apply to computer employees, air traffic controllers, weather observers, hazardous work positions, uniform allowances, and unlisted occupations requiring conformance requests using Form SF-1444.
