The current all-inclusive project budget is limited to $170,000.00. The form allows vendors to assert claims of business confidentiality over specific information submitted in their proposals, including non-public financial statements, employee contact information, customer information, and other proprietary data.
The claim of business confidentiality may be asserted to protect trade secrets as defined under Utah Code Section 13-24-2 or commercial information that could result in unfair competitive injury if disclosed. Vendors submitting responses are required to complete this form if they wish to protect sensitive information from public disclosure under the Government Records Access and Management Act (GRAMA). The form requires vendors to specify which categories of information require protection and provide a concise statement of reasons supporting the confidentiality claim. Vendors are prohibited from communicating regarding this RFSQ with procurement unit staff or evaluation committee members except through the designated USBE procurement officer. All responses must be submitted by the specified closing date and time, with vendors responsible for verifying timely submission.
