About this file
Attachment C is a resume submission requirement document for the New Mexico Department of Public Safety's Albuquerque Metropolitan Complex construction project in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Bidders must submit one-page resumes for the proposed Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Superintendent, Safety Program Manager, and QA/QC Manager, with optional resumes for other key personnel. Each resume must document the individual's education and certifications from high school through specialized trade and management courses, related experience with position titles, duties, responsibilities, major accomplishments, and personnel supervised for the minimum time periods specified in the statement of qualifications, and project experience including project titles, locations, sizes/amounts, and the individual's role on those projects.
The resume submission must also include information demonstrating each individual's strengths and qualifications for the DPS Metropolitan Complex project, and may include professional references from project professionals and previous project owners. This requirement applies to the construction contract for two new buildings that will consolidate Albuquerque-based Department of Public Safety personnel currently scattered across multiple locations, representing the initial phase of the complex buildout on Menaul Boulevard.
