About this file

This is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form issued by the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) Procurement Services Department in Georgia for an LED Lighting Conversion project. The certification requires all bidders to attest under penalty of perjury that bid prices have been developed independently without collusion, consultation, communication, or agreement with other bidders or competitors. Bidders must confirm that quoted prices have not been disclosed to competitors prior to bid opening and that no attempts have been made to induce other parties to submit or withhold bids for the purpose of restricting competition.

The form emphasizes that collusive bidding practices constitute a crime subject to prosecution to the fullest extent allowed by law. Signatories must include the legal name of the proposer, the signature and title of a corporate officer, and printed names and titles of authorized representatives. The certification is a standard requirement for participation in the CCSD's solicitation for LED lighting replacement services across specified locations, with potential for awards to multiple qualified proposers.
