19AQMM25R0079 Questions and Answers #5
1. Can we refer to CPARS we have completed for projects rather than asking our client to complete a new PPQ for the same project?
DOS Response: The use of the PPQs is meant to be an unbiased reporting of past performance on a contract. The Government will not be accepting CPARS directly from the offeror. However, the Government reserves the right to utilize any government reporting system, to include CPARS, interviewing the customer rep, or can utilize direct knowledge of an offeror’s past performance for evaluation.
