The initial award period is January 29, 2027, through January 28, 2028, pending Board approval, with two optional one year renewals at Dallas ISD’s sole discretion. Renewal decisions may consider pricing, service, compliance and District needs. The District may terminate a resulting multi-year contract without penalty for non-appropriation or unavailability of funds by giving written notice stating the extent and effective date of termination.
