About this file
This is Amendment 0008 to Solicitation 140R4026R0006, issued by the Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, with an effective date of May 11, 2026.
The amendment extends the offer due date from June 26, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time to July 6, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time. All offers must be received by the new deadline, with offers received after this date and time not being considered. Additionally, the amendment incorporates Clause 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, which prohibits contractors from engaging in racially discriminatory diversity, equity, and inclusion activities in recruitment, employment, contracting, program participation, or allocation of resources. The clause requires contractors to furnish information and reports as required by the Contracting Officer, report known or reasonably knowable subcontractor violations, and include the substance of this clause in subcontracts at any tier. Noncompliance may result in contract cancellation, termination, suspension, or contractor ineligibility for further government contracts. Compliance is identified as material to the Government's payment decisions under 31 U.S.C. 3729(b)(4). Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by July 6, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time through completed amendment documentation, separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers, or acknowledgment on each copy of the offer submitted.
