About this file

This document is a detailed Price Schedule for the Azotea Portal and Drop Structures Repairs solicitation (No. 140R4024R0026) issued by the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation. The solicitation covers four separate schedules (A, B, C, and D) for repair and construction work at different drop structure locations: Azotea Portal (Station 1424+83.69), Azotea Creek Drop Structure (Station 1565+00), Willow Creek Drop Structure (Station 1702+25), and another Willow Creek Drop Structure (Station 1831+17).

The price schedule includes comprehensive construction activities such as mobilization, clearing, excavation, backfilling, concrete work, drainage installations, metalwork, and site restoration. Key requirements include completing work per an agreed project schedule, with potential liquidated damages for delays. Contractors must submit pricing for all four schedules, with a one-year warranty period after substantial completion. The estimated total project cost is not explicitly stated, as unit prices are left blank, but the document provides detailed quantity breakdowns for each construction element across the four project locations.
