Yes, May of 2020 was a typo.

Although, others will be completing repair work on the station service bus and transformer before the new work begins and after Toshiba is done. A break of about two weeks between Toshiba and our new contractor.

2. Can work be performed at the same time as Toshiba?

a. No This project will start at Crystal first so Toshiba can complete Blue Mesa. If Toshiba is scheduled to be complete in May why could we not start work at Blue Mesa in September of 2021?

We were planning on working at

Crystal in 2022. There is additional work that must be completed by another contractor after

Toshiba is done before this project can be started at blue Mesa, Final schedule for his project will be negotiated after award. If it was decided that was to be the schedule. Crystal could move forward anytime besides during peak run off.

3. Can photos, drawings, and location be provided of the Engine Generator at Crystal?

See the attachment A-4. drawing

622 D 2676 Tis drawing shows an approximate location of the Emergency Generator set.

4. Due to COVID Proposal must be sent electronically to Lisa Laughbon llaughbon@usbr.gov by proposal due date.

Period of Performance: 01/29/2021 to 02/18/2023
