About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 140R2026Q0085, issued by the Bureau of Reclamation's Mid-Pacific Region on August 26, 2026, with an effective date of August 26, 2026. The amendment addresses four questions received regarding a Goat Grazing Vegetation Management Services solicitation. This is a brand-new project, though a similar service was previously awarded under purchase order 140R2023P0118 for $884,950.00. Vendors are permitted to visit grazing sites at their convenience, but the Bureau does not have capacity to arrange formal site visits. Planning occurs in 90-day cycles, though this does not mean contractors have 90 days to complete individual tasks. The quote submission deadline remains unchanged at September 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time, and the period of performance extends from November 9, 2026, to November 8, 2031.

Contractors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by submitting a signed copy of Standard Form 30 along with their quote by the deadline. Failure to acknowledge the amendment at the designated place of receipt prior to the specified hour and date may result in rejection of the offer. Offers may be changed by letter or electronic communication if such changes reference the solicitation and amendment number and are received prior to the opening deadline.
