Results shall be reported to contracting officer for repair approach Are all areas of inspection going to be demolition before inspections begin or will it be done on a level by level basis?

It is acceptable to Silman to test by level as work progresses, especially if this approach minimizes the time that existing elements are exposed without paint or left untreated. Contractor to confirm scheduling of this approach considering lead times for fabrication for replacement and repair components. Contracting officer to confirm that level-by-level NDE measuring is acceptable from a review and schedule perspective.
