SURPASS
Amendment 8 – Update to Instructions
This Amendment is to provide the language below that is to be applied to the proposal submission and instructions for this solicitation.
The government reserves the right to evaluate proposals only if at a minimum two (2) qualified proposals of each solution type (i.e., COTS Solution and COTS Integrated Solution) are received. If this right is exercised, it will be applied to all Tier levels.
Due to this Solicitation change to Phase One submission instructions:
• Questions pertaining to ONLY ‘Amendment 8 Update to Instructions’ will be due August 25, 2022 @ 3pm EST:
