About this file

This document provides clarification to questions regarding amendment 10 of solicitation 12SAD122R0003 from the Department of Agriculture Rural Housing Service. The clarification specifies that the migration of data from the UniFi Pro Mortgage system to the new loan origination solution is for historical reference purposes and potential management reporting only. Pipeline loans will not be migrated. Additionally, the requirement to migrate data from the legacy system is removed from the performance work statement. For loans entered into the UniFi system prior to the production date of the new solution, the government will complete processing of those loans in UniFi rather than migrating them.

The solicitation is for services through an IDIQ contract to provide a solution called SURPASS to replace the UniFi Pro Mortgage system. The base period is one year starting in November 2022 with four one-year option periods extending through October 2027. The associated NAICS code is 541512 for computer system design services with a size standard of $30 million.
