Below are examples of the screen shots you’ll similarly see when accepting a request for the virtual pre-bid meeting. The example below is not for the pre-bid meeting, but is used as an example of how to accept a meeting request and to login to the virtual meeting.

Step 1: Accept Meeting Request Ahead of the Meeting.

STEP 2: About 10 minutes prior to the meeting, join into the TEAMS Mtg. Here

STEP 3: For this exercise I used the login to the meeting using the Web based version of TEAMS

STEP 4: You’ll be asked to identify yourself for the meeting. In this example, I used my initials, CEF.

STEP 5: Join the Meeting

STEP 7: You can choose to turn your microphone On or Off. The toggle is currently ON for Microphone. Just click on it to turn OFF.

STEP 6: You can choose to turn your video camera On or Off. The toggle is currently ON for Video Feed. Just click on it to turn OFF.

· To minimize background noise and interuptions during the meeting, you may see this caption in which you have been Muted.

· Please wait to unmute your microphone until the points in time of the presentation when the presenter asks the audience to specifically ask questions.

· There will be several opportunities for questions during the meeting. Please be patient, respectful of others who are asking questions, then Un-Muting your microphone to ask your questions.

· After you have asked your question, please Mute your microphone.

Once you are in the meeting, you will see the presenters screen.

Comment Box: If you would rather type your question, your name will be withheld and your question will be read to the group as written and answered during the live video conference.

To see the presentation in Full screen or to blur your background if you choose to have video on. (See below) To manage your video during the meeting To Mute or Un-Mute your microphone.
